Is this good for feeding peacocks
Answer by ChewyFeb 03, 2021
This recipe is suitable for peacocks. We recommend supervising them while feeding, since it does include beetles which could potentially be a chocking hazard for peacocks.

Birds love it!

I was surprised that chewy even carried bird seed! Then I saw that they carried the one that I always use!

Looks good

I would love to say the birds love this. I'm sure they do! However, within minutes of me putting it in my feeders, the squirrels were on it like flies on poo. They wiped out my feeders and are even now checking for scraps. Since I only ordered one bag, I figure I'll just leave the feeders empty for now. This product looks really great and I'm sure the birds love it, but I would recommend you only use it in squirrel proof feeders.

Good seed for lot of birds

Nice mix for a variety of birds. Getting more types of birds now as compared to prior experience.

Small bird haven!

My smaller birds including bluebirds, titmice, chickadees, goldfinches, nuthatches, house finches just love this. I put it in a very small fly through feeder and they eat it up. Great product.

Bugs abd Berries and Begging Birdies

Another successful wild bird food for special birds. The wrens, titmice, chickadees, blue birds, and woodpeckers all gave it a two wings up. Will get more of this.

Birds LOVE this

We have had dozens of rosebreasted grosbeaks around continuously for the past 3 weeks, as well as our normal Southern Appalchian feathered friends. We've never had grosbeaks stay around for this long during migrations - so whether it is climate change affecting routes or they really like the food, they are being fed well. They love this bugs & berries mix.

sorry about the fussy birds

Michigan birds did not like this. Not your fault, just fussy birds :)

They ate it but probably won't repurchase

I live in Indiana and we have had a bitterly cold winter. I bought this new brand of food because I thought that the bugs would be a good source of protein for the many different kinds of birds that regularly visit our feeders. My issue: in my bag there weren't a whole lot of bugs. It was primarily (maybe 98%) filler seed with random berries and bugs. The birds ate it ( probably because it was freezing outside), but I will keep looking for a bug blend with more bugs.

Love this product - great mix

I've been mixing this product with another product from Chewy (called Brown's Bird Lovers Blend - Nuts, Berries & Bugs). The combination of the two seems unbeatable in terms of the birds favorite food. I have about 8 feeders and whichever feeders this combo is in is always the favorite feeder (by far). Love these two products together as they have different bugs! So I think the variety draws a lot more birds.
