For a relaxing bath time, simply wet your pet, hold the bar in your hand, then rub it onto your pet's belly, neck and feet. Lather the coat and rinse. For deeper moisturizing or to comfort hot spots and insect bites, lather the coat and massage for a few minutes, then rinse.
As I've always used bottle/liquid shampoo, I was hesitant with the bar. However, tried it and a big fan. First, the liquid soap is usually cold and I seem to use a lot more of it. It has proven quite useful to have one free hand to hold/steady the dog with the bar in the other rubbing it on him to suds up. I recommend product. Wish they had a conditioner bar...to help detangle hair/fur for the brush out.
