can this be flushed?
Answer by ChewyOct 29, 2017
This litter formula is flushable and safe for septic and sewer systems.

How often should the litter be fully changed if 2 cats use 2 litter boxes?
Answer by ChewyOct 29, 2019
How often you need to change your cat litter depends on how many cats you have and how often they use the litter box. World’s Best Cat Litter™ harnesses the concentrated power of corn for long-lasting performance, and customers report that they don’t have to change the litter as often as with other cat litters. Twice a week is a general guideline for replacing litter, but depending on your circumstances, you may need to replace it every other day or only once a week. If you clean the litter box daily, you might only need to change clumping litter every two to three weeks.

Has the corn in this litter been treated with glysophate prior to or at anytime during processing?
Answer by ChewySep 10, 2018
Glysophate is added to soil during the planting of the corn.

can it be used for ferrets box
Answer by ChewyDec 09, 2020

They’ve EARNED their name

Legitimately the world’s BEST cat litter. I’ve been using this for about a year now and I have 0 complaints. Before using World’s Best, I was using the Armor Hammer cob litter and I’m so much happier with this brand. The odor control is unbeatable. The fragrance of the litter doesn’t do that nasty thing where it mixes with the smell of the urine and makes it even worse like scented clay litter does. The lavender scent is not overpowering and is my favorite scent they carry. It clumps together and stays clumped, unlike clay litter where every scoop falls apart and mixes in with the clean litter, dirtying your whole litter box causing you to have to dump almost every time you scoop. The tracking is very minimal in comparison to clay litter. There’s NO dust. Everyone of my friends/family members with cats have switched to this litter because of me! They all love it. Can’t recommend it enough.

The best I’ve ever tried

I have used many different litters that always claims it’s the best. I bought a bag at another store one day to give it a try. I was truly surprised it really does great. The smell can get a little funky after so many uses, I only notice it when I’m scooping. I haven’t changed the litter in 2 weeks. I normally have to change litter once a week because it gets that nasty old litter scent. I have over 20 cats (I foster a lot) I gave it the true test and didn’t scoop it for two days. To my amazement I didn’t smell anything when I would come home. When it gets down to a certain point I add more. After a while it turns into a sand texture, but the cats doesn’t seem to mind Here are my pros and cons. Pros: Worlds Best gives back to shelters It’s biodegradable It is dust free Clumps great The cats love it It’s not over scented like other litters. Cons: It does get a funky smell once it breaks down, but you can only smell it when you’re scooping. But I would highly recommend this product, especially if you foster or have several cats. It will save you money.

Love this litter

I have used this litter for years. Someone (at Chewy, I think) suggested it when one of my cats had kidney disease and the clumps got so hard I broke two scoopers trying to get them out! This is perfect, it smells good (although I know cats prefer unscented, none of mine are bothered by it), it clumps well, and it’s natural, so it won’t harm the environment. Definitely not something you can say about clay litter. I would probably agree that it’s not particularly dust-free, but all around, World’s Best is indeed the best.

Great purchase!

I am a long time fan of Worlds Best unscented cat litter but with multiple cats there were still whiffs of litter box odor even with several cleanings throughout the day. I decided to try the lavender scented just to top off the boxes after each cleaning. Using sprinkles, the smell does not overwhelm the kitties but the litter box rooms get a freshness boost!

Smells weird

I have 5 cats and have tried a LOT of litters. This may be one of my least favorites. It clumps ok and maybe for a day or two does pretty well with odor control but it quickly starts to smell really weird. It doesn't smell like lavender to begin with but the smell it starts to make is not good at all. Maybe if you have a covered litterbox it wouldn't be so bad. It also tracks worse than typical clay litters but probably as much as most natural litters.

Worlds Best For Sure

I am very pleased to have switched to this litter at the recommendation of my nephew. Absorbent, odorless. I noticed easier dispensing and cleanup as the corn material lighter in weight. I like knowing the corn based material its made from is enviironmentaly friendly. Because its flushable ... no plastic or paper bag use for disposal of waste.

Great litter but so much powder

My family has been using World's Best for over a decade at this point. We have a lot of cats and we go through tons of litter every month, so it was important for us to buy biodegradable litter. This litter clumps like a dream and smells great when it's fresh. Unfortunately, it gets powdery very quickly and needs to be refreshed often because it has a very NATURAL smell when it has been soiled. Overall this litter is amazing, but I do wish it weren't SO dusty.

So-so litter

My cats are not enjoying this litter. I have purchased a lot of this litter to try something new, see if it would last longer, and be easier to scoop. Poop is easy to scoop, urine is more difficult since it sticks to the litter box easily. The urine also uses a lot of the litter as well compared to other clumping litter. I kept using it for a long time since I did buy a large quantity over several orders but I will be switching back to my original litter. I felt like I was going through this litter super fast. I believe it's from the urine making such huge clumps. On the HUGE HUGE HUGE upside, very little of it gets stuck to paws and makes its way out of the litter box.

The litter REEKS

The odor control on this SUCKS and the litter itself smells so so bad. It was stronger than my cats poop and pee. I hated it. Although I will say, it clumps great
