My dog enjoys this food. I occasionally add it to his kibble. No stomach upset that I have noticed but loose and stinky stools, that he doesn't have when it is not added. Food is very wet and mixes well.
So far, so good!

I have 9 cats, some of whom are picky eaters. All of them ate this when offered. I've only fed it once, but it's in the rotation and hopefully they will continue to eat it!
Miss for this item

Cats did not like this product at all. I donated it to a local shelter and hope they have better luck.

My canine crew really enjoys this food. I recommend trying it.
Good for dogs, but not for cats

I bought a case for my cats, which turned out poorly since they turned away from this food. I then gave the rest of the case to a friend who has a dog and the dog ate it right up.
This is SUPPLEMENTAL food/ requires added minerals
on Feb 25, 2017
I made the mistake of not knowing this and feeding my cats this wet food alone for about two months. Thankfully, someone wrote elsewhere what I am now writing for those who do not know. There are no added vitamins or minerals in this food so you must either use it as a topper on other species appropriate food (or mix a little in with other canned food). Cats especially require taurine and other ingredients. This beef one (and most meats) have taurine in the meat, but it not enough for a cat to not end up with problems. Wysong has many supplements that you shake on the food. I was told by Wysong that Call of the Wild would be good for my cat. Please don't feed it exclusively!
Better than the standard pate-type canned foods.

This is a traditional style canned food but less sticky than most and, thus, easier to serve. Our dogs love it.
I hope they are continued to make this product available

My three cats are grown up in the country. A lot of country cat like to eat, one of their favors is Beef Wysong Epigen, they don't like leaving the bowl before they cleaned them up.
I'm sure this is hoping from kitties mommy to keep this product in the best ingredients and key benefits for ....

The product quality is excellent however apparently my fur kids detest beef. Nothing like one of my moose sized cats trying to bury the bowl of soft food. Again, terrific quality but not for here.
superb nutrition, smell, and flavor

Am currently feeding 15 dogs, so, x 4, that is 60 paws up for Wysong Epigen Beef Canned Food! We use Wysong dry kibble and rotate raw and canned foods in with it. Wysong Epigen Beef gives my hound dogs (Beagles, Dachshunds, and Bloodhound) the smell and taste they crave along with the nutrition I want them to have...they are the best rescue dogs EVER.
