Description

Breast Milk is nature's perfect food. Milk is one of the few elements in nature with the sole function being food. Milk is extremely complex containing over 100,000 different molecular components. The delicate balance of proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, antibodies and other micronutrients is difficult, if not impossible, to duplicate using fractionated ingredients. Wysong Mother's Milk cat and dog supplement is specifically formulated using whole, natural ingredients to mimic breast milk for kittens and puppies whose mother's milk may be unavailable or unsatisfactory. Mother's Milk™ can also be sprinkled dry onto the food of older or show cats and dogs for extra nutrition.

    Puppy didn’t like taste

    By on

It was hard to mix and while my puppy loved another brand of puppy milk, she refused to eat her food when this was mixed in.

Difficult for bottle feeding but adored.

    By on

I have two feral street rescues living with me right now. They wouldn't eat any food until I mixed this in. They are are few months old so I normally get this for younger cats, but they are licking it up and like it mixed in food with some water. I took away a star because it is tough to mix and no kitten I have fostered will take it in a bottle.

    Great product!

We switched to Wysong Mothers milk from KMR. Right away our babies were happier to eat, coats are nicer, potty is more formed, happier little critters. I love that it contains coconut milk, flax, colostrum, fishoils, and many nutrients that babies need for proper growth. And it actually has a taurine content listed.

    Looked good

    By on

The Ingredients looked good but the kittens don't like it. It might work great for puppies though. I was all excited to get it when I Read the ingredients and considered the price. The town I live in has the KMR for $20 for the smallest size. I'm using the remainder for the queens who are nursing but use KMR for the kittens.

    Works for adult dogs too

    By on Top 250 Contributor

I adopted an adult husky who had been abandoned as a puppy and then languished for over a year in a shelter. Among her many resulting issues is that she has great difficulty digesting food properly. I've tried every sort of novel protein, supplement, prescription food, etc., without making much headway. It finally occurred to me that perhaps she needed the nutrients and bacteria in puppy milk to help build/rebuild a functional GI system. And voila! She loves it. I started just feeding her this as milk -- a liquid diet -- but now add 2 tbsp of reconstituted milk powder to her adult food at every meal. She eats better and is starting to gain weight more consistently. It may be my imagination, but I also fancy that she feels a bit safer. She has major anxiety and finally getting some 'milk,' in whatever form, seems to convey a greater sense of security for her. … more

Feel my dog is some getting nutrients

    By on

My dog has Intestinal Cancer that is progressing. She does not want to eat dog food now or much table food. I use this product along with other products to feed her around the clock. I think this product is good as far as the nutrients she is receiving. She is still thriving being fed by syringe or licking it off my finger. She will however eat some dog treats. She has always been a fussy eater. I feel better feeding her this diet as long as she permits it.
