    My boxer loves this

    By on

My 13 & 1/2 year old boxer loves this. He has many health problems, lots of meds, Sore gums with hardly any teeth. He's allergic to chicken. I've tried so many premium brands over the years. lastly, I have been making his food to disguise the meds. using the honest kitchen. He does not like it.I came across this food searching chewy and decided to give it a try. WOW, he will even eat this stuff dry. The kibble is small and not oddly shaped so that it hurt his mouth when he eats. I also mix it with canned instinct beef, Halo beef stew or weruva streak frites. The small packages makes it fresher which helps because I know hes lost some sense of smell. This is truly a hidden gem. Great company My 13 & 1/2 year old boxer loves this. Excellent choice for senior dog

My dog is a 16 year old Bichon Frise. Since switching to this food he is noticeably peppier -- it's like he's de-aged several years. He really likes it, plus his movements are more solid and healthy.

    good product

My senior Boston Terrier loves this new food. It was hard to find him the right food that agrees with him. The morsels are a perfect, small size which is great for him because he tends to not fully chew his food.

    Great for senior dogs

Did some research and chose this for my 13 yo Westie. She is a picky eater but really seems to like the taste and has not turned her nose up yet. Only been feeding it a week or so but I feel good about the ingredients for her age and health.

    Seems fine for a Senior

    By on

I got this for my small senior Sheltie that has dental problems and several missing teeth. She wasn't overjoyed to find it in her dish but she's a good eater and has accepted it. Be aware that adding water to the kibble doesn't seem to soften it nor change its consistency. It seems that the company has made a sincere effort to produce a healthy food.

    Unsuccessful trial

    By on

Thought I would try this food which appeared to be a more healthy alternative for my dog. The dog rejected the food, even when added to wet food. The good news is that my cats seem to like it. I leave it out for them, and the dog doesn't bother them.

My 10 year old senior loves Wysong!!

    By on

Started feeding my Chiweenie Wysong optimal senior and her coat shines and is so much softer. She use to get eye crust in the corner of her eyes and now that has stopped. I am very pleased with Wysong and won't feed her anything else!! Also, I took her to the Vet recently and she had her checkup and senior blood work. The Vet said she was in excellent condition and her joints weren't swollen as they were the checkup before. Thanks Wysong for making an excellent dog food and thank you Chewy for great pricing and service!!
