One of the bulbs blew out after not even a week of use. Long term not worth the money. Go with a trusted brand

so not sure why the only review for this items is just someone saying they dont like florescent lights, that's not a review of the product.. . The bulb is fairly long so if you have lets say a 5 inch flukers lamp its definitely sticking out, but that's goes the same for other UVB bulbs. So far these bulbs are very bright, much brighter then Repti Zoo UVB 5 bulbs. The only part I do not know is how they stack up to the actual output of UVA/B, there are ways to measure it and people do on reviews I just do not have that information or equipment at hand. What I can say is I have one of these lights over my crabs for 12 hours to grow there plants and 1 over my tree frog enclosure and both seem to so not sure why the only review for this items is just someone saying they dont like florescent lights, that's not a review of the product.. . The difference between how very bright these are and the Repti Zoo ones makes me keep ordering these ones, I just wish there was a review on how much of the UVA/B is coming out. Anyways solid products and very much worth the money just remember this is not a heat source, so for first time owners out there remember you need light and heat! … more

I don't like fluorescent light bulbs. It is too long for my lamp. I like flood lights in incandescent or led lights.
