Looked good online; nightmare in person.
Package arrived fine. No visible damage. However, upon opening the box and taking the pieces out, the litter tray was busted in two corners. Some of the screw holes weren't fully cut through and had debris blocking the way. The manual's icons are just black shapes that you have to match up. And the middle ramp did not fasten in any way between the two sections. So, it just falls off when it's touched. Which clearly isn't safe for any animal(s) living in it. We got this cage because it was slightly cheaper than an almost matching cage on another site..and it shows why it was cheaper.

Don’t waste your money or time
The cage itself is very flimsy once put together. Better have a drill cause where screws go are not drilled all the way through. The holes don’t line up whatsoever. I would not recommend to anyone. Very poorly made. The directions suck as well! I am now on the hunt for a new cage as this one is going in the trash where it belongs.

I love this cage,the doors are secured with locks to keep my pet safe,it has a soft cover on the ramps and platform for my pet easy climbing I also love the removable tray for easy cleaning
Awful product
Product is ridiculously difficult to put together. None of the pieces are labeled, the hex key doesnt fit the bolts, putting the cage on the stand is ridiculously hard because you have to somehow screw the screws in inbetween two bars and the hex key doesn't fit inbetween them.
