Get what you pay for
You definitely get what you pay for with this purchase, but overall it’s okay. The craftsmanship in the pieces is terrible. You can see the staples in all the posts, which seems dangerous being that it’s the part where kitty scratches. Also, this thing was a PAIN to put together. One of the worst things I’ve ever had to build. The instructions are pictures, some pieces are missing the stickers that indicate what piece it is, you can’t see the holes through the carpet pieces, just a whole mess. My last gripe is that the color is MUCH darker in person than the photos, I got dark grey. However, and this is all that matters, I immediately removed Ollie’s old cat tree after getting this assembled (3 hours almost) and he took to it right away. I moved his paws up and down the scratching posts and put food in his condo. He’s already played with the toy, slept at the very top, and loves the condo. Also, the condo part is much larger than his old one. He has plenty room to stretch out and get comfortably into a loaf of cat. For reference, he is 14 lbs (and shamefully on a diet). I’m including pictures with the light on and off to see the color.
First Impression
My boys like it so far!! It seems sturdy enough, but I recommend adding extra support especially if you have roudy cats. OK quality compared to others of its price. It looks good in the house too. The only thing I am not a fan of is the staples used to reinforce the scratch material, it seems sort of sketch and I wouldn’t want my or anyone else’s cat being harmed by them.
cats love it
i have 3 cats who all really love this. the bed on top is their favorite part and with all their other trees they never really want to sleep on top but with this one they fight over who gets to. i ordered black but it’s more of a dark grey which is okay. they weren’t fans of the hammock so i took it off so they’d play with the rope but other than that great tree.
Great Cat Tree!
I picked this cat tree because it has lots of things for the kitties to do and I have 5 littles who will be able to grow into this and have years of fun with it. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Definitely worth the price and I do very much recommend it!
Perfect for all 3 cats
I love this tower, the dark blue grey color is so nice, and its actually large enough for the cats to climb and sleep in. We have a smaller cat and 2 larger ones, they all love it! The hammock is really flimsy, so i might just remove it since none of them like it. It was a bit of work to put together, but the instructions were clear. somehow ended up with 2 spare parts, wasnt sure if i missed something or if they were extras....who knows! This tower is very stable so far though!
Great Tower for Sleeping
My cats - 10lbs and 11 lbs climb play scratch and sleep on the many places to do so. The top shelf is big enough for them to sleep together. Thinking of getting a second. Not too difficult to assemble and move EXCEPT the little box they snooze in. Had to have help for this one.
Kitty Kondo
Bought this so our daughter's cat would have a kitty condo to hang out on when at our house. The directions were on the strange side; no words, just pictures showing what goes where. At least all the parts were there; probably took about 2 hours total to put together. BTW, her cat doesn't like the hammock. LOL.
LOVE THIS ONE
I purchased this tree for our 2 new kitties. I wasn't sure if they would be interested in it or not. The price was SO GOOD I figured we'd give it a try. The kitties couldn't be happier with it. They are either playing or sleeping in it. They don't care for the hammock but I bet as they get older they will. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for value and quality.
Cats love it
My three adult cats love it, but there is one flaw. The third "tier" where the little house sits is exactly the same width & depth as the tier below it, so my cats can't easily get on that third tier to get higher. Thankfully, I have it sitting next to a chair and a window sill that they can use as a step without having to struggle so much. It would be a better design if that third tier was just slightly narrower than the tier below it (or have a ramp going up to it) so that nothing additional would need to be used for the cats to get up higher on the tree.
great tree and easy to put together
amazing cat tree im in the process of introducing a kitten to my cat so i’m buying him stuff to hopefully make him feel better haha and my last tree did not fit my chunky 17 pound boy but this tree does! definitely recommend, and it’s super easy to put together and it was my first time doing it probably took me 30 minutes only because i put some things on backwards!
