I bought this cat tree so all my cats had a place to be. I didn’t think the hammock would be a winner. It’s officially Carls! Whereas the cubby seems to be Troubles sometimes. (The others tree in picture is a frisco)
I was about to move into a small apartment with my tabby cat and wanted something to keep him active and be able to look out the window. This cat tree not only keeps him active but he is ALWAYS on it. sleeping in the house. in the hammock and he even hides under it when he gets scared. He has become the most playful kitten on it as well. testing its durability to the maximum. To which it succeeds. It says 11 pounds maximum for the weight limit but my 15 pounds Toulouse has never tipped it over yet. The wear and tear is inevitable with his claws but I would buy it again because its our favorite piece of furniture definitely our cats favorite and also the best source of entertainment.
The condo fits perfectly in the kitchen where my cat can look out of the window and enjoy nature. There is a robin that visits every day and she plays with it with her paw. I’ve purchased three condos for her and placed them in front of windows. Yes, she’s spoiled! She used to be feral but now she’s content to be a couch cat.
I got this cat tree in the beginning of January and put it together following every direction. By mid March the tree became very unstable and has fallen over/fallen apart multiple times. Super sad because my cat loved it when it was stable… :(
This is a cute tree, but the dimensions are a bit off. Especially with the top bed, which was the main reason I got it. The size was to be 13x18, but clearly you can see by the photos that it's more like 10x15.. not even. Chewy was wonderful, as always, with helping me out.
I put this together myself, alone and it wasn't that difficult. I only had to redo the first floor but that's on me. So far, it's holding up very well. Beaker is 6 months and extremely active. I think for the price point, this is a great buy. I purchased the cream color...
Just aweful. This was my first chewy purchase and customer service will not return my request on how to return it. This isn't sized for a standard cat. Only a kitten can fit. My cat fit 1/2 in once and has never went near it since. Total waste of money and time assembling it. Never shopping here again.
The top is to small for a large size cat. The sides are not sturdy enough, so the cat rolls off the top. The basket to only good for a small cat or kitten. Scratching post are nice and the cats use them often.
I love this cat tree. This tree is perfect for apartment life. I needed something that would not shake or fall over every time he climes it and this is perfect. There are just enough spots to hang out and jump to. My cat lives on this tree.
It would be ok for kittens and smaller cats. I bought this prior to having a cat since I thought it looked decently sized in pictures. My cat is a Lynx Point Siamese and a big girl at 12 lbs. so she's a bit cramped climbing platforms and squishing herself in the cubby hole. She doesn't mind the cat tree, so I can't really tell how the scratching posts will hold up or how long it will break from the weight. It wasn't difficult to built and only took me 30 mins.
