Too big & too thick

Ordered 2 of these for a Chihuahua and a King Charles Cavalier. 2 different sizes and they were both so big and thick, the dogs hated them. Adjusting them was difficult & didn’t help. Probably ok for a big dog with a thick neck, but not good and uncomfortable for small dogs 16 pounds or less.

The measurements on the website are incorrect!! Too Big!!

The Collar itself is cute but unfortunately I went by the measurement guide they offered to figure out what size to order and BOTH collars I ordered personalized for my dogs are too big even adjusted as small as they could go. Huge waist of money for me. So if you order be sure to go down a size from what they say it should be.

A little surprised at the quality when these arrived (ordered 3), not sure how long they will last. The name and phone number is printed continuously around the collar, I do like that since it’s easy to see.

I went by the ordering sizes they recommended. My collar is too big for my schnauzer.
