    great alternative

I bought this for four cats recovering from surgery. It's a little strange, but I read reviews to figure out how people used it. Basically, liquid waste percolates to the bottom of the pan and decomposes the short lengths of compressed paper at the very bottom into light duff. My cats had to have a procedure done and our vet recommended this litter. One of my cats refused to use this litter. There is 0% odor control. As soon as they go, you can smell it. I changed their litter boxes about 8-10 times a day while they used this litter. You can try putting deodorizer in there My cats had to have a procedure done and our vet recommended this litter. You can try putting deodorizer in there, but the ammonia will nearly take your breath away. I love how it’s eco-friendly, but the smell will destroy your house. And their poop paw prints will track everywhere! … more
