    Great Recycled litter

    Finally a little that with both poo and pee smell!!! I have been continually fighting with wanting to use more natural and less clay based litters, and finding one that masks the gross poo and pee smell. Tried cedar and corn based litters and they only work for either one smell or the other, but not both poo and pee. This litter is not only genius for using recycled products that we are not using, but absorbs all smells and is not very strong smelling on its own. Decided to pair with diatomaceous earth just to make sure, but it’s amazing how only 2 teaspoons of diatomaceous Earth and this litter does the trick!! … more

    I usually use clay litter but I’m tired of the dust and tracking, so I thought I’d give this a shot. It does not capture odors very well at all in my opinion. I could smell whenever the cat used the litter box. The tracking is slightly better than clay, but you’ll still find the pellets all over the house. Now the scooping is where you really lose me and made me donate the second bag I bought. The pellets are the color of poop, so good luck with that. The traditional scooper doesn’t work with the shape of the pellets. Maybe you’re supposed to just throw the entire thing out instead of scooping? I do not recommend this litter. … more
