Instructions

Size

To select the most accurate size collar for your pet, measure the center of their neck with a cloth tape measure, a few inches down from their head. Pull the cloth tape measure snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there's enough room for about two fingers between the collar and your pet's neck for comfort.

Do not buy!

We LOVED this whole sets we bought for both our dogs, BUT the rubber part of the collar rubs on their neck and caused wounds on the neck! Do not recommend.

measurements incorrect

I bought this for my puppy and while it seems to be very well made, I ordered the medium expecting the smallest size to be 11 inches.....its not. it is 14 to 20 inches. I know he will grow fast, but I expected it to fit now, and its too big......just a heads up ;)
