Nice concept- bad product
By Mark on Feb 22, 2021
I liked this concept as my dog didn't like the plastic cone of shame so I thought this would be a great way to get her through her past surgery trauma. The product didn't hold air in the inflatable tube. Also it had a tendency to slip off her head unless I had her collar pretty tight (of course it could have also been slipping off because it didn't hold air). Then after a website chat with Chewy customer service (horribly poor) I had to call Chewy's customer service phone number. They were awesome and said they would send a new one in 24hours, as I was needed ASAP for a dog trying to pull out her sutures. It finally showed up 10 days later, the day the sutures had to come out. It is Deflating
By Labnana on Mar 3, 2021
When our lab pup was hit by a car, the vet provided us with a collar that was huge and he was miserable. We thought this would do the trick. We alternated use of it with the other collar. We had it just a few days and noticed it was deflating. There is no damage to it from the dog. If it were not for that, I would give it perhaps 3 or 4 stars. Not 5 since he was still able to lick his paw.

Disappointed
By Tpot on Mar 5, 2021
I purchase a lot of items for my Dalmation on Chewy. I'm usually very satisfied. I purchased the ZenCollar. It arrived on a Wednesday morning about 10:00AM. I put it on my dog. By the time I came home on Thursday, about 5:00PM, it had a hole in it near the valve, was flat and won't hold air. I'm judging poor quality.

Great idea, but
By Mitch on Feb 17, 2021
Recently purchased this collar for my dog who broke his leg. He is a bigger dog with long legs and a long nose. The collar didn’t fit, so I bought 2 more and decided to try to “stack” them. No luck. Called Chewy to find out how to return them. They gave me full credit and told me to donate the items. Amazing! Thank you Chewy! Great customer service!

Disappointed
By Betsy on Jan 6, 2021
This is the second Zen Collar I have purchased and the second one that did not stay inflated within 24 hours of use. The dog, post surgery, was confined to a 4’ x 4’ indoor pen with a soft dog bed. It makes no sense to me why this collar deflated so quickly. We checked the valve closure to be sure it was tighten but each morning we had to re-inflate it. Since this was the second one I have purchased, assuming the problem with the first one was a fluke, I cannot recommend it.

Great for my Saint Bernard
By Kenzie on Jan 11, 2021
Got this when searching for something other than a hard cone for when my big girl (140lbs) got spayed. This was great. She didn’t love it, but I think she would’ve hated a cone more lol. Easy to use and store when deflated. Durable material. She was able to slip it over her neck the first day so I deflated it a smidge and tightened it up and that solved the problem. Would recommend if looking for a more comfortable option.

Not for an energetic chewer
By Oscarhuman on Jan 11, 2021
I purchased this for a neighbor's King Charles Cavalier spaniel to be worn after his neutering. He wore it without complaint for a few days and until his human decided he would do better without any collar. This tactic worked for this very gentle pup. The collar was then given to an energetic springer spaniel in preparation for her spaying. She ripped the collar within minutes. So, no, I cannot endorse this product.

Soft E collar
By Maggie on Dec 29, 2020
I purchased this collar recently because my dog had ACL surgery and it is more comfortable for her then those plastic ones. After her surgery we still had to put that plastic one on because she could still get at her stitches and pulled a section out. But I am happy to say after 12 days she is now wearing this blow up collar and not the plastic cone of shame. Thank you

Collar Mischief
By Tarynn on Feb 4, 2021
Even with her straight collar slipped through the holders, Tarynn has managed to get the Zen Inflatable off then proceeded to chew the platic portion where you inflate the device off.

Great collar
By Coop on Jan 8, 2021
Sure beat the cone of shame. Cooper looked and felt so much more comfortable when wearing the zen collar. May not be the answer for all injury locations but for a shoulder injury it did the trick.
