Got this when searching for something other than a hard cone for when my big girl (140lbs) got spayed. This was great. She didn’t love it, but I think she would’ve hated a cone more lol. Easy to use and store when deflated. Durable material. Most Helpful Critical Review
Read All 113 Critical ReviewsNice concept- bad product

I liked this concept as my dog didn't like the plastic cone of shame so I thought this would be a great way to get her through her past surgery trauma. The product didn't hold air in the inflatable tube. Also it had a tendency to slip off her head unless I had her collar pretty tight (of course it could I liked this concept as my dog didn't like the plastic cone of shame so I thought this would be a great way to get her through her past surgery trauma. Then after a website chat with Chewy customer service (horribly poor) I had to call Chewy's customer service phone number. They were awesome and said they would send a new one in 24hours, as I was needed ASAP for a dog trying to pull out her sutures. It finally showed up 10 days later, the day the sutures had to come out. Worthless to me now. … more

Disappointed
By Tpot on Mar 5, 2021
I purchase a lot of items for my Dalmation on Chewy. I'm usually very satisfied. I purchased the ZenCollar. It arrived on a Wednesday morning about 10:00AM. I put it on my dog. By the time I came home on Thursday, about 5:00PM, it had a hole in it near the valve, was flat and won't hold air. I'm judging poor quality.

It is Deflating
By Labnana on Mar 3, 2021
When our lab pup was hit by a car, the vet provided us with a collar that was huge and he was miserable. We thought this would do the trick. We alternated use of it with the other collar. We had it just a few days and noticed it was deflating. There is no damage to it from the dog. If it were not for that, I would give it perhaps 3 or 4 stars. Not 5 since he was still able to lick his paw.

Much better than the collar of shame. Keep Cody away from the stitches.

Great idea, but
By Mitch on Feb 17, 2021
Recently purchased this collar for my dog who broke his leg. He is a bigger dog with long legs and a long nose. The collar didn’t fit, so I bought 2 more and decided to try to “stack” them. No luck. Called Chewy to find out how to return them. They gave me full credit and told me to donate the items. Amazing! Thank you Chewy! Great customer service!

Straps tore
By SNox on Feb 10, 2021
My dog was able to easily tear off the straps that the collar loops through and remove the item using just her front paws.

Collar Mischief
By Tarynn on Feb 4, 2021
Even with her straight collar slipped through the holders, Tarynn has managed to get the Zen Inflatable off then proceeded to chew the platic portion where you inflate the device off.
