17.75 x 9.875 x 4 inches for the shipping box? Why don't you put more helpful information about your product? It'd save everyone a lot of time and hassle... What size are the BAGS and what size is the dispensing box that holds the bags, please?

The dispenser box measures 15.5" H x 9.25" W x 4" D and will fit bag size: 8” W x 13” H.
Can this unit be mounted to a round street light pole with a band clamp?

This bag system can be used with other bags.
Does the unity have to be locked to stay shut or can you open and close it while leaving it unlocked. Is the key universal for all units or is each unit unique? At our location, I'm more worried about losing the key than theft of the bags.

The dispenser is locked. The unit has to be locked to shut the dispenser.

Dog waste bag dispenser
