What’s the difference between these and the aller-immune lamb bites? Does it work better for itch relief?

The main difference between Zesty Paw's regular formulas and their new Ancient Elements line is the base of inactive ingredients. The regular Aller-Immune Bites (orange jar) contain a blend of digestive and immune-boosting ingredients that promote a healthy response to food, skin, seasonal, and environmental allergies for dogs. This formula features one branded ingredient called EpiCor which encourages a strong immune system. Their Ancient Elements Aller-Immune Bites (red jar) are made with an ancient base that is packed with benefits (quinoa, millet, amaranth, and sorghum). These soft chews support immune and digestive function and may help maintain normal histamine levels for your dog.
What is the source of fish oil in this supplement? In the orange and blue jars of aller-immune bites the ingredients specify Alaskan salmon oil.

This works!

This is really helping! I have two dogs with allergies (a full bred English Shepherd and a Mutt- 18 different breeds) both have long, thick fur with thick undercoats. Their fur has always been dry looking and dry feeling. It lacks luster. They’ve been on these chews for three weeks and it’s a noticeable difference in their fur. Much more shine, less dry. I’m not sure if it’s helping yet with the allergies yet, but it’s definitely improving skin and fur. I’m very happy with this and I’m hopeful that in time, their allergies will improve as well (skin itchiness, both have it) Great product!

Great treats

It’s hard to say if this is truly therapeutic but it did seem to help with a slight rash developing in an abdominal fold. My dog had puppies before being relocated out of TX and has had a bit of extra skin since, it seems. Vet says it’s normal sweat/sebum accumulation and to just keep it clean and treat if it becomes irritated. These treats seem to have been a significant aid in staving off any significant build up and irritation in addition to regular bathing/wipes. She definitely takes these as a treat and seems to enjoy them. I’d highly recommend for similar skin irritation issues. Also try the extra strength version too.

They’re working!

They have been on these for a solid month and a half, and I have really noticed a difference in their itching and scratching. They still do it, but it has been great reduced. I feel the longer they’re on it, the better they’ll be. I highly recommend this product.

Disliked by both pups

Zesty Paws was very disliked by both my Shih Tzu & Frenchie mind you our Frenchie eats Everything. At this point I'm stumped they need a good supplement for their skin allergies. This one they took one smell and ran off. Needless to say waste of money.

great stuff

Sancha has really bad allergies to grass, her entire stomach gets raw and covered in red welts. I tried Benadryl and barely did anything. I started her on this supplement and her allergies have completely disappeared. I will keep her on this every year during spring through fall

Healthy but not a favorite

Snoopy doesn't like this one too much. I know it's healthy but he spits this out a few times before finally eating them. Thinking it could be the Bison flavor.

What a Difference

I gave these chews to my little Corgi who was sneezing and scratching his ears and had watery eyes too often for me to be comfortable. I tried these and within just a few days I saw a noticeable difference. Now he just eats it out of my hand. Love Zesty Paws!
