We have 5 cats (F,M,F,M,F) and our "middle child" took an immediate dislike to the feral born kitten who adopted us, and some days the older male also gets into the "chase the kitten" game(?). I tried Feliway and it helped a little, and I thought I'd try adding some calming treats. These did not work, primarily because none of the cats, including our older female who will usually clean up anything left behind. Bella started to try one, but actually spit it out, leaving wet bits and pieces on the floor. None of the others have done anything more than sniffing before walking away.

cat loves these

These worked great. My cat Ioves these treats. Lots of reviews talk about the smell. It’s not that bad. They do have a strong smell. But it never made my room stink because of it. If your cat won’t eat it a first, grind it up in your hands and then try. That worked for my cat. I don’t need to do that any longer. I only had to do that for the first couple of days. Now my cat looks forward to her treat. I give her one in the morning and one at night. They have totally helped her. She was licking her paws until all the fur was gone. These stopped her from doing that. Her fur has grown back. I would recommend these.

Smell

The smell of this product has a terrible smell. My cats would not have anything to do with them no matter what I did with them and I don't blame them. I ended up throwing them away.

Strong smell

I bought these hoping they would help calm my anxious cat, but as soon as I opened them, my mom smelled them from across the room. They smell so medicinal, my cat won't go near them. There's not even a hint of bacon smell. It's worse than walking into a nail salon. I definitely don't recommend!!

Cat won't eat it

I purchased this product hoping to feed it to my anxious cat. But, unfortunately she won't eat it. The strong bacon scent is better suited for dogs.

My cat will not eat them

I’m sure other cats love these treats, but my cat will not touch them. I tried to give it to her like a treat and she walked away. I mixed it in with her food and she ate around it and left it in the bowl.

Not for picky noses

These smelled so strong and hideous that I nearly vomited opening the jar. Not the first time a cat food item has smelled bad to me, but it was the most intense nausea sensation cat food has ever given me… Gave it to her anyway… She turned her nose up and gagged. Even the cat thought it smelled bad enough to vomit. It could possibly be a great a product, if it didn’t smell so horrific to even the animal that eats raw meats… Do NOT recommend for picky noses or tummies.

Unfortunate Mistake !

I was hoping these would rival Zesty Paws Calming Bites Hemp Elements Plus that have 75 mg of plant based cannabinoids per bag. Since Chewy doesn't carry these (and by the way they work very well for nervous cats !! ) i tried these instead . My cats -all 3 of them ! not only didn't eat these, but practically ran from them ! I couldn't believe how much they disliked them but you know cats ! Picky things ! So now I'm out 16 bucks, unless Chewy takes returns ??!

Not for my cats

I have a cat, Katie, who over-grooms and my vet recommended we try Zesty Paws. As always, my order arrived quickly and in good shape, which is why I gave this product 2 stars. Unfortunately, neither Katie nor my other cats will eat them, so I'm going to donate them and hope some other cat will like them. Cats, man.

Cats didn’t like

Neither of my cats would eat these I think there is a good amount for the price but the fact that they wouldn’t eat them stinks On the other hand my roommates german Shepard would eat them no problem
