Zesty Paws Mobility Bites Bacon Flavored Soft Chews Hip & Joint Supplement for Dogs

Product is Okay

My 7 month old BMD didn’t really seem to like the bison flavor so I tried the bacon flavor and she will not touch these. Our Lab/Boxer mix (who we put down in 2021) liked them, but I swear the product looks different now. They are lighter than what is in the picture, more of a tan/white color. I have to add Kong squeezy cheese in order to get my girl to take these. Definitely not buying these again. I am typically a fan of this brand.

Cause digestion issues

I'm going to have to ask Chewy for a refund. I gave it a week but my pug developed severe indigestion with bloody diarrhea. She couldn't sleep because her stomach was hurting. I never saw her have such bad reaction to something except when she ate something she shouldn't have. It's been about 5 days with vomit and bloody diarrhea, luckily the vomit only lasted a couple days. I would be very wary about giving this product.

Big difference!

9-year-old beagle Rufus has been taking joint supplements for some time. He needs medication also because of a bad back. I decided to try this brand as a supplement and noticed a difference the very first time he took it. He slept all night through without any indications of pain and was great the next morning! Also not very expensive.

50/50 Shot

Some dogs love these. Some hate them. Some do great. Others get bad diarrhea and upset stomach. It's a great product IF your dog will eat them and can handle them. Kind of a risky purchase with such a high chance of failure, but IF it works, it's great.

Won’t Eat Them

These are probably great, but I can’t get my dog to eat them. I’ve even tried hiding them in wet food and in the kong with treats. Nothing doing. We’ll likely go back to Spot Farms chicken strips for hip and joint.

Dogs didn’t like them

I had high hopes for these and my aging pups could really use the joint support but they refuse to eat them. So the taste work for my pups but they could still be good for someone else!

Tia stuff is amazing! My 15 year old baby is acting like she’s a puppy again. Running jumping playing it’s amazing

Product are great; shipping needs improvement

Your products are great! But most orders, including this one, arrive with the box at least partially open because it was not taped well. One piece of tape down the center is inadequate with large-heavy boxes!

AMAZING! JUST BUY IT!

I am not much into writing reviews but this had to be written. If you're like me, seeing your pet in any kind of discomfort is absolutely heartbreaking. My 11 year old chihuahua "Spanky" is a special needs doggy. He has seizures, some heart issues and over the past 6 months or so, his mobility has been on the decline. I got him some glucosamine drops to add to his food, and while they helped, it was only for a short period of time after being given them and I obviously wasn't going over the recommended dosage. With these bites, it suggested starting with half of one a day to introduce them then the normal dose a day or two later. I was skeptical because my dog is pretty finicky but these bites are a finicky dog parents dream! I got the bacon flavor for Spanky and before it arrived, I was worried about the texture of the bites and if he didn't like them, how on earth can I split them enough that he'll eat it all during one feeding so they're effective. They arrived as as directed, I was going to feed Spanky half of one bite and when I went to break it in half, it was so effortless. It was like very firmly packed brown sugar that was easily crumbled and moved into a thin slice of turkey, then all smashed together as if preparing a meatloaf. Of course I mixed it well then fluffed the mixture and he ate every morsel. Within an hour I noticed he was walking around a little more so I was pleased. The next day, I crumbled a whole bite into the turkey, mixed it up, he ate every bit of it and actually wanted to play with the cats. This is not a fake review. Now, every morning, he has his "turkey-bacon" breakfast and he's a happy camper. He never experienced any digestion issues, no difference in his stools, he's just able to play again. He still holds his back leg up when he's standing, but at least he's standing. He chases the cats, hides his favorite toy after walking all over the house to find the perfect hiding spot. This makes my heart happy and feel more at ease. He lets me know every morning at about 7am it's time for his breakfast. He LOVES them. I have already recommended these bites to friends, and I hope you give them a chance. You won't regret it and they're worth their weight in gold. Happy Puppy, Happy Mommy!
