Kitties love it!
The soft knobby fabric base is great - both meows roll around on it while they bat the ball on the string. All around fun for my furry kids.
For Small Kittens Only!
This product says that it's for cats up to 15 pounds. This is not the case! I'm pretty sure the cat in the photos must have been scaled in photoshop. My 14 year old cat weighs a measly 7 lbs. She is tiny and not only does she have to hunch over to scratch because the rope doesn't go up very high, but when she scratches on it, it starts tipping over. The thing barely weighs anything and the base is too small. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it's probably great for small kittens but once they're more than a couple of pounds it probably won't do. This should be advertised for small kittens only.
Cactus, Meet Bored Cat
This scratching post is the cutest piece of cat furniture I own. The moment I pulled it out of the box, both of my furry children were right on it, scratching away happily (even my one who doesn’t care for sisal). The ball toy really only appeals to certain types of players but thankfully my busiest baby loves it. It looks exactly like the photos and can take a scratching! It is very light, though, so if you have some aggressive players, maybe attach a weight to the bottom.
Cute Design
I'm surprised for this cute design. My kitten was attracted to it. And I was just as attracted to it's shape. Recommended for sure!!!
