  • There was something about this flavor....

    By on

So we have 2 dogs on Zignature....1 has extreme allergies & the other just really likes it. I decided to give the goat formula a try, mainly for the one with the allergies. She would NOT eat it, I even tried mixing her lamb formula with it, nope. So we tried feeding it to the yearling male, nope, he wouldn’t touch it at all either. Complete waste of money!

  • My great Dane loved this

    By on

No tummy issues at all. I needed a small bag to fill between auto ships and I decided to try this one. He loved it and zero problems. Which is good for because he requires more than one baggy if you know what I mean.

  • Best dog food ever!!!

    By on

My rescue lab mix had so many skin issues. I had tried several foods, oral meds, shampoos, fish oil, coconut oil etc. He was only getting worse. We finally had him allergy tested. He was allergic to all but three things of the 250 things he was tested on. Everything I had tried he was allergic to. After much research I found the Zignature goat formula. He had not been tested on goat. Was worth a shot. He has been on this food for a month now. His skin flakiness has almost cleared up completely, He is hardly scratching at all, I am not having to bathe him as often. I love this food! Has worked wonders for my baby!

  • Good food!

2 out of 3 dogs enjoy the food, the other 1, not at all. The smell of the food in our airproof container is awful.

  • Picky dogs loved this formula!

    By on

My dogs have been eating Zignature for a while and I have tried most of the flavors but this one they love even with no other canned food or chicken as a topper. I personally eat goat meat and the kibble smells just like cooked goat meat. I highly recommend!!!

  • An affordable potato free goat option

    By on

My dog is allergic to everything under the sun. The only two proteins he can handle this far are Kangaroo and Goat. Kangaroo seems to be on its way out of favor, so we only use it in a pinch. Goat food is hard enough to find, nevermind goat without potatoes which he is also allergic to. We were on Sojos goat, but it was expensive and became harder to locate. Make no mistake, this food isn't cheap either. But I can find it easily. I like that this is a dry food, because my other dog used to lose her mind when she could smell her brother getting raw food that she wasn't getting. And yes, we did give her raw as well to make it fair, but it got to be too expensive. Plus it makes feeding time quicker My dog is allergic to everything under the sun. It still smells like goat, but it is not as in your face. It loses one star for now until I can see how my boy's skin is in the winter. He's still a little itchy, but that could be due to the summer allergens or stealing other food when I am not looking. If you need goat, give this a try. You can't go wrong with the Chewy return policy. … more

  • loved by our Wheaten

Our 3 yr old Soft Coated Wheaten has seasonal allergies so we keep him off of ANY chicken and grain product; he loved this Goat formula!

  • Pups love this formula

    By on

My dog has serious allergies and has had everything from Kangaroo/venison/duck etc. We just switched to the Goat and he seems to be doing well on it and he eats it up quick! He was hesitant the first few days but we mixed it with some wet food and now he is loving it plain. We are hoping the wet goat food is for order soon too

  • Great for allergies

    By on

Probably the best food I have used. I have a dog who is highly allergic to just about anything and this food actually agrees with him. No itching, no hives, no ear infections, no diarrhea. He did better on this than the kangaroo formula. The ingredients are great, it doesn't stink to high heavens when you open the bag either. Would highly recommend if you have a dog with food sensitivities.
