Our Shepherd's not a fan, but not giving up yet!

I wanted to add venison to our Shepherd's meal rotation for variety. She's definitely not thrilled with the Zignature venison! Sniffs it and walks away, will leave it in her bowl all day or go without eating unless I add some wet food or multiple freeze-dried toppers. I liked this brand since it didn't have poultry or pork added, and now includes probiotics. Haven't thrown in the towel yet, but unless she starts to eat it more readily without a lot of effort on my part, I won't purchase again. She really likes Stella and Chewy's venison patties, so not sure why she's not keen on this dry.

Not for my Boxer

I gave this product two stars based on the outcome for my boxer baby, and I would recommend for a friend because what doesn't work for one might work for another. Don't want to discount this brand all together. He seemed to like the food and his poops greatly improved over the last brand I tried but his skin problems got worse. Poor baby scratched and licked his paws constantly. About to drive us both crazy. I ordered this brand with kangaroo as the primary protein. He's never had kangaroo before so I'm praying that works for him. I've about run out of options!

Very Good Quality

Have two pups with sensitive tummies. While this food isn’t a prescription food specifically for the issues they have, it has worked out very well for us because there are very few ingredients in it that are known irritants for them, (I have had them allergy tested). I am seeing much better all around health in both dogs, and they are eating regularly now. I also use the canned version of this dry food, and am well pleased with it as well. They enjoy meals now, and I enjoy seeing them both happy and healthy. My vet is also very pleased with their improvement.

Great Dog food

I love zignature brand and so do my 2 Malinois! I love the limited ingredients and no chicken ever! Although I wish it was a little cheaper!

A Nutritious Choice

This is a great alternative to the brand I normally buy. It has the same ingredients that my sensitive dogs enjoy from the brand that they're used to. I would definitely purchase it again.

Seems to like it

Used to use Natural Balance Sweet Potato and Venison for long time but in recent months received counterfeits of it. One came from chewy and they immediately replaced it. Then another time they were out of it, I bought it some where else and I have no clue what it was made of, he kept looking at the bowl then me repeatedly but started eating. Of course I will never buy Natural Balance again. My dog can't eat any poultry so venison seemed a good choice because he loves venison. Now with the Zignature he kind of likes it but usually vomits after eating it. Was really hoping this would be the one. Poor dog, now I have to find something else and maybe go through this again.

Great Choice

My dogs (2 year old gsd with chicken allergies and 7 year old husky) love this brand and they ate this flavor up immediately. I love how this brand lets you change flavors without having to mix in the flavors first.

Zinature-Venison Limited Ingredient Formula Grain-Free Dry Dog Food

As my furbaby has "very severe food and environmental allergies, Zinature's grain free is the only dry food that does not put his body in trauma. He loves the Venison the best. The only problem I have is the price and that is the reason I did not give a 5star rating. However, I really appreciate the small discount I do get for being a monthly shipment.

Libby did not like it.

Libby(Pug) did not like this food. She would not eat it at all. I had to go to the store and purchase some food until my new order arrived. Going back to her old food. Last time it was out of stock so I purchased this in place of it.
