  • Came in handy

Luckily haven't had to use it more than once and it came in handy before we jumped to taking my bearded dragon back to the vet after he was cleared from a mouth infection and he perked back up.

  • Easy to Use Supplement

    By on

This supplement has the consistency of thick molasses. The Reptiles can't spit out out as easily as food, so they have no choice but to swallow it. It has a pleasant odor and is easy to work with.

  • Incredibly hard to administer.

    By on

Very hard to give to your reptile with the included plastic syringe. It smells awful, it's super thick. I'm sure it tastes awful. The plunger is super hard to clean after one feeding. However! I did notice more energy in my beardie after only two uses. So it IS effective, but it is also messy and difficult. The consistency is similar to Vaseline, but not quite as thick.

  • Bought it for 3 out of my 4 reptiles.

I bought this item because of the good reviews it had on the internet. My Crested Gecko needed this the most because he/she is underweight and doesn't have a strong feeding response. And seemed to like eating it as soon as it arrived on time which is a plus. I also fed some to my 2 year old Leo because he has been off of food for a while and also loved it. My 2 1/2 year old beardie is always hungry but she is very lazy and needs some energy, so hopefully she will be more active. Overall, I am very pleased so far and hope this works for my lizard babies.
