5 minutes of fun
The size was perfect, the squeaker was strong and loud and easy to find. A ton of fun. My cattle dog and Australian Shepard loved this toy for almost a full 10 minutes. The feet were removed quickly - not unexpected but I was surprised it as de-stuffed and done with in 10 minutes. Glad it was on sale.
Solid build, but disappointed
One of my dog's favorite toys is a hedgie. I've lost count of how many he has had over the years. I usually buy 2 at a time because he loves tearing them up and once it stops grunting I replace it. I purchased this one and was immediately disappointed with it. I chose the "large" size, but it was just the normal size, not large as I have seen previously. Then I squeezed it and it didn't grunt, it squeaked. Never seen a hedgie that just squeaked. My dog still kind of plays with it, but not nearly as excited as he was with the old grunting style.
Fun!
This toy is half the size of my dog but it is her FAVORITE. I had to order a new one after my big dog got their paws on it and destroyed the last. Needless to say, she was very happy when her package arrived.
Nice loud squeaker!
I bought several plush squeaky toys for my GSD/pitbull/bully mix and I think this is her favorite, probably because it is VERY loud! Lol I'm surprised she hasn't destroyed the squeaker yet, but I'm sure that'll happen soon. It's held up pretty well so far, but is definitely a toy meant for gentle use, not tug-o-war.

Nice and soft, and even though my dogs are small, their mouths fit around it. They have played tug-a-war with it, and it remains in one piece!

A past dog loved her hedgehog, so I bought one for ny new girl and she loves it. Brings it up to me every morning. We even play fetch with it outside. It still looks good but when the time comes, I will order another one.
