Important Information

Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

Questions & Answers

If you have the flea collar can you also use the drops every 30 days or is it to much
Answer by ChewyOct 20, 2018
It's suggested to consult with a veterinarian before combining flea treatments.

Which side are u suppose to use? The collar came rolled up with powder facing up-is it suppose to be inside or outside?!?! I’m not sure if I have it on correctly ... I just left the roll as is
Answer by ChewyJun 04, 2021
The collar is put on the dog so the collar buckle is positioned facing outward. It is perfectly fine if the powder looks to be on the outside of the collar. It will make its way onto the fur.

I tried it twice & nothing

Please don't waste your time and money on this product. The first time I tried it, it did nothing, but I had it for a long time before I used the collar. so I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try it again. So I ordered 2 Collars this time and put both of them on at the same time (after stretching them), and after a 2 weeks, STILL NOTHING WHAT SO EVER. I am sending both collars back today leaving my poor dog in the same condition.

Don't waste your money!

These do not work. My dogs have been wearing them for the past two weeks and are still infested because shampoo alone isn't enough to break the flea cycle. I was really hoping these would help, and they were a total waste!

Works but made my dog have seizures.

Had this collar on my 70lb dog for about one week and it was working great except it gave him a seizure, and he has never had one before. Luckily my vet was able to pinpointed that that was what had caused it. Just wanted to put this out there so y’all can be cautious about this product!

Bad reaction and doesn’t seem to work, scratching

This was my first purchase of these collars, for both our dogs and cats. We have had vomiting, scratching until the skin was broken, hives and general not feeling well. The buckles are barely connected and more than one popped off. To fix it a very small quick tie to secure the collar onto itself solved the issue but as others stated they are not strong connections. Every animal is different but when one than one is having the same negative reactions is just not working for them.

Fell apart 2nd day

These are a joke. 2 collars fell apart 2nd day. All shredded. Dog scratching her neck and just crumbled.

Not strong

I've seen fleas chewing on the collar and nothing happen. Doesn't tighten very well either, falls off very easily.
