  • Didn't work out of the box

    By on

Opened it, took the sticker off and the temperature and humidity gauges never moved an inch. Left it in the tank for a whole week. Also is NOT magnetic. I had to put an ugly, permanent velcro sticker on the side of the tank. Very angry now that the piece of junk doesn't even work.

  • Not as great

It works but the adhesive thats suppressed to hold it in place is not doing its job falls off every time so i had to rest it against something the first 2 days was fine and then after that won't stay put gtrrrr

  • Not accurate temperature

    By on

I thought it was accurate until I bought a temperate gun. It's about 10 degrees off (says its higher than it actually is). Which is a lot for my needs since I have a uromastyx which require very high heat. Not sure if humidity is accurate or not.

  • pleasantly surprised

    By on

I was worried that the glue wouldn't hold with the heat. It has! In a tank at 85 degrees, it is holding strong! (also at 80% humidity using a fogger!)

  • Accurate gauges

    By on

These work just fine for basic readings. I follow up with a handheld IR temp gun and these are accurate within a couple degrees. +/-°

Compact. Don't know if I can get two humidity indicators to read the same!? Temperature indicator agrees.

  • For an analog thermometer it works great

    By on Top 100 Contributor

I ordered this analog thermometer and humidity gage to keep track of our new bearded dragons temperatures and humidity. The gages work as they are supposed to and are easy to read with color coding to allow you to see at a glance if the temperatures are off in your reptile enclosure. I recommend this gauge for wet and dry reptile enclosures.

  • Great In The Beginning

    By on

The thermometer works great, but after a few months the hygrometer would say the humidity is at 80% when the substrate is dry so I'm a little confused with it.
