Do I need to add salt to the water, then add this conditioner? Or does this do it all?

This water conditioner is crafted to add natural sea salt and calcium while removing chlorine, ammonia and chloramines in a secondary water supply. Add 1 teaspoonful per 250 milliliters (1 cup) of water. Measure amount of water in your crab’s water dish and adjust dosage/amount accordingly. Use every time water is changed.
Is there a part 1 I need to add to this solution?

A part one is not needed for this salt water conditioner. The salt water conditioner is for one bowl and the part one drinking water conditioner is for a second bowl.
