Won't work for my lizard
The advertised picture shows a dome shape but this came as a cylinder of bark. I understand there is some variation, but it is not large in length and the diameter is very narrow. So even if I cut the cylinder in half, it still won't fit my lizard that is smaller than a full grown bearded dragon. It is 3 inches wide at the broadest hollow portion.
Not as pictures
The picture shows a half round and I received a full round. It is very small, too small for my bearded dragon to fit inside. Even if I saw it in half it is still too small for my dragon to fit under.
My Rats Love This Thing
The one I received, rather than being a half-cylinder as pictured, is a hollow full cylinder. I've put it into their dig box. They spend time in the evening constructing tunnels into it, most particularly after I have disturbed it to add water to and stir the coco coir, which serves as dirt in the box.

Hmm... Was hoping it was pre-cut but I guess I will have to tackle that task myself with a jigsaw since that is all I have "The tortoises await the results"

They sent me a round log not what’s pictured
nothing like the picture, is a round cork
I was buying for my hamster, I was thinking it is a half cork, but it is a round cork and can't cut it to half.
Absolutely disgusting
This was so filthy the box was full of dirt, all over my other items. Full of cobwebs and not as pictured. Get one at a reptile show, cheaper & clean.
Awesome product
Often when you buy from a reptile shop it's cheaper and you can get more pieces, so I was hesitant to try this. I finally ordered and was so pleasantly surprised with the size and quantity. I Received 2 larger pieces like the image & 2 smaller as well, exactly how I would of picked the cork pieces myself from a shop. Im super happy with the size/quantity for the price. They can be cut to any size preferred. Super satisfied & glad I tried this product from chewy. Highly recommend to anyone with tarantulas & reptiles.
A little different than image, but still great
The item I got is a complete cylinder, similar to "Zoo Med Natural Cork Round Habitat Decor, Medium", except mine says 'Large'. So I'm not sure if I got the wrong item, or if this is supposed to be a full log rather than a half log as is in the product image (or maybe 'items may vary'?). I can cut it length-wise to make the half log I want, so I'm still very happy with it, 5 starts, and would recommend.
Hammy loves it!
Bought for my hamster enclosure, she loves darting in and out. She also loves to use it as a bridge to either side of enclosure!
