Arrived damaged
So, shame on me for not reading about this item closer. I did not realize that the sides and top were only screen - my crested gecko needs some humidity so now I will need to get glass to seal up the sides so humidity stays put. The box showed up on my porch a little tattered. When I assembled it, the knobs to secure the front door were bent and one was broken off. I'll be looking into Chewy's return policy on this item...boo...
Hugh bearded dragon cage
This thing is hugh. I got it for my chameleon but unfortunately he passed. My bearded dragon loves it.
Great for small chameleons
Easy to assemble, lightweight, good little enclosure. Wish it came with some adhesive velcro straps to attach it to the wall/surface it sits on. Because it's so light, it can be easily bumped or pushed off whatever it sits on.
Do not buy this
I just received this in the mail for my brown anole. It is shoddily constructed and came slightly broken in the mail. It wasn't the mail's fault so much as the poor quality of the enclosure that led to the breakage. I put it together after fixing the broken bit. The biggest issue is that the enclosure has two doors, an upper door and a lower door. However, the upper door sits on the lower door such that when you open the lower door, the upper door opens a little (enough for an anole to escape). Because the pieces barely fit together, it is difficult to close the doors. In addition, the mesh is very thing and seems like it would be easy to puncture. I am returning this product.
X large great for my veild chameleon
It’s a great and pretty sturdy. It’s very big and spacious especially for my young veild chameleon. Just make sure you do your research on exotic animals. The screen is pretty durable where it’s not as flimsy as mesh but you can still cut through it if you want to. Great cage
