Get this for your turtle, this is the correct UVB!
If you have a turtle, this is the only UVB bulb on the market that has the correct metrics (26W, 10.0 UVB -- most people mistakenly get 5.0 which is not strong enough). It's long lasting and works great in a deep dome lamp. Highly recommend for turtle parents!
Bulb blew out
This thing is supposed to last Atleast 6 months. Didn’t last 6 days. Blew out after 5 and I had to drive out to buy another. Don’t waste your time buying online, buy it in store so if this happens, you can easily return it for another.
DONT BUY IT
Don't make the mistake I made. This bulb broke within 10 days of use. It was a complete waste of money.
Waste of money
Its only been 3 months or less and this bulb already burned and stopped working. Its not even on for more than 6 hours a day and its just garbage.
very large bulb
this bulb is really large and for how bright it is, i would ensure you have a proper dome light to fit it. it's okay when it's hanging but it does stick out quite a bit. i ended up going with a mini version instead. the quality is good though and it's very sturdy.
Affordable
I purchased this as my UV option for when my tortoises are away and not in their normal enclosure where there is a T5. It was affordable (lower price that I have seen online) and provides a good option for temporary needs!.
Doesn't work
Flickered for 2 seconds before turning off, never turned on again. Extremely disappointed
Blew within a day
I've used these bulbs before but this one went in yesterday and is no longer working today. Hoping its just a faulty bulb. I xalled and without question they're sending me new one. Keep my fingers crossed.

I was informed by my turtle care group that I had improper lifting and this bulb was my best bet. Ordering the product was a breeze and when it arrived my turtle instantly began using the light. She now basks more than she did with her old light. I’m glad that this product is safe and gives my turtle her essential UVB intake.
