the cap/nozzle is messed up
I don’t love it, but it works okay. The nozzle kept getting stuck and it drips out all over the place. The smell is fine and all. But nothing really comes out and I have to spray a lot to full coat my rats cage. The smell is fine in my opinion. It’s just the quality of the packaging I’m upset about.
Very strong smell
I was excited to use this product as up until now, I just used vinegar for my reptiles' tanks. I was doing a tank upgrade (moving one reptile into another reptile's old tank) and wanted to make sure it was extra clean, so I ordered this. However, most reviews said that the smell wasn't too bad, and it's VERY strong. It's not the end of the world, but a little concerning as I don't want my gecko exposed to potentially harmful chemicals. I assume it's the ammonia in it that smells so strong, but it's still concerning to me. I will say as well, I know you are supposed to remove all "objects" and such, so this isn't the intended purpose of the spray. That being said, I used it to clean a plastic rock (it says it can be used for plastic or glass tanks, so I figured it was ok on plastic) that I was going to store away for the future. It had a really weird effect on the rock. It's just a little concerning to me since my gecko will be on the residue of this spray, and if it can mess up plastic, I don't like the idea of direct contact. I personally wiped the tank with water twice after using the spray as directed to hopefully remove any residue before putting my gecko in the tank. I will not be using this product again simply because of how strong it is - though I will admit, it cleaned the tank well.
not best nor worst
Pretty ok product. Used it for the first time today and it cleans and removes odor. However it doesn’t act as a glass cleaner which I was hoping it would do a better job at cleaning. The scent didn’t linger too long. Overall decent.
We Use for Huge Iguana Enclosures
We have five iguanas, two Blue and three Red. Four of the five have moved from their 50g aquariums into 6'H x 4'W x 8'L custom design and built enclosures with plexiglass and still using WIPE OUT. I have had great success in using this product for any size enclosure. It really cleans well, helps eliminate salmonella risks and it smell clean. I buy bulk bottles and transfer into a larger/better quality spray bottle. Just a recommendations for others considering using Wipe Out.

So I got my guinea pig a couple months ago and no clue what to clean his cage with so went to chewy and found this
Works like it says!
I use this when I clean my crested gecko's terrarium thoroughly every month. It does have a strong smell to it, but it does go away when I wipe it off and let the terrarium air dry for about 10 minutes. It also doesn't leave smudges.

Got this to clean my rat enclosure because nature’s miracle has been out of stock for months. Works alright, don’t love the smell or the bottle. The bottle is small but goes a long way. However because of the way the spray bottle works it takes a LOT of spritzing to cover something as big as I need, and doesn’t spray well at anything less than perfectly upright. Gets very tiring, to be honest. Rats seem fine with it, even though I was worried about the smell bothering them.

A safe, efficient reptile cage cleaner. My lizard has a large cage and this makes cleaning it more efficient.
Fire Stuff
I buy this stuff for everything! It works for snakes to rodents, & everything in between! This 8.75oz bottle last me a good 6 months to a year usually, & you can even add a little water to it and put it in a slightly bigger spray bottle!! I actually just went to use my back up bottle and sadly the sprayer didn’t work and I had already thrown out the other bottle so I couldn’t just switch the tips and I didn’t have another bottle to put it in so I contacted Chewy and they were nice enough to send me a new bottle! On top of that it accidentally got sent to the wrong address and they sent me a new bottle again to the correct address!! And I guess it depends on point of you but to make everything even better I accidentally got a free bottle of Zoo Med: Repti-Shed because one of the employees at chew sent the wrong thing first! lol! So yea this stuff is great & so is chewy!!

Works great and is a quick and convenient way to clean my bearded dragon’s enclosure. Simply spray, wait 5 minutes, and wipe.
