Zuke's Mini Naturals Duck Recipe Training Dog Treats

I’m a Seevice dog handler and dog trainer. These treats are very healthy, and a good price for the amount. I have used them for a year and never had a issue! They last a long time! I’ll order a bulk order and mix them and they will stay fresh for 4-6 months in a different bag I put them in. The treats are a good size that dogs won’t choke on them. They are not messy at all maybe some crumbs but very clean! My dog absolutely LOVES these and I like that no residue is left so I don’t worry about cleaning my hands after a treat! The only smell is when you open the bags. It’s strong at first then not very much scent at all after a bit! It keeps its taste if you keep to me in a air tight bag! The ingredients are good, and my dog thoroughly enjoyed these. The treats are small training treats, but there are some huge chunks completely smooshed together.

I usually like this product & have bought it from several sites. It’s a great training aid, is usually a healthy treat, small enough that it doesn’t fill the dog up & fits nicely in a Furbo. The low rating this time is because they are on a voluntary recall from Zukes because lots of people have reported finding mold in new or recently opened packages. I have not opened this package & don’t intend to. As soon as Chewy decides if they want it back (as 1 email said) or not (as another email said) I’ll either return it or throw it away. I will buy Zukes again after they fix the problem & recommend them too but not right now.

These little treats are delicious and nutritious. Wait by the door for them to arrive!

So I ordered my puppy a lot of this brand for training and idk if it’s just me but depending on the flavor of treats depends on the size. My puppy takes a while to chew these down. Other than that he loves them. I just wish they were all the same size. We may just stick to the salmon and rabbit recipe possibly even try some of the other flavors...

After only a week of opening these treats we noticed moldy treats and a foul, rotting odor. They are not meant to expire until 2023 and were stored as directed. Had to throw half a bag away.

My 2 Yorkies love these treats. They come in like 3-4 different flavors. The package is pretty big. So You get what u pay for. We open dogs treat drawer and they can’t contain themselves. Both put their front paws on drawer and look in to see what they’re getting. They look like they’re saying “ can I have some” over and over. Tongue out, panting and tail wagging a hundred miles a minute.

I keep these treats at my desk and when my coworker stops by, I reward him with a small treat. In return, he lays down and stays for a couple of hours. He loves these stinky things. He spends most of the day with me. My husband calls it bribery. Reward, Bribery, Its just semantics. Truth is that he would pick my office over my husbands even if there were no treats. (not testing this theory). These are a great value.

The mini size of these treats makes them wonderful for giving treats throughout the day or a few at a time without filling our dog up. They have a strong meaty flavor (I assume) because they smell a little strong. My dog LOVES them but admittedly we have discovered the bacon chicken strips also available at chewy and now she prefers those. We still give her both. When I make her dinner I always toss a treat to her while she’s waiting. She now turns away from the mini until she gets piece of the bacon chicken strip first. Food snob!
