ZuPreem Fruitblend for small birds is the only food our rescued cockatiel will eat, other than millet and sunflower seeds. I’d give a 5 star as it keeps him healthy and happy, but this was the first time buying from Chewy. Disappointed. It arrived timely, however after opening the box I noticed fruity ZuPreem Fruitblend for small birds is the only food our rescued cockatiel will eat, other than millet and sunflower seeds. I’d give a 5 star as it keeps him healthy and happy, but this was the first time buying from Chewy. Disappointed. It arrived timely, however after opening the box I noticed fruity pieces stuck to the tape, and pulling out the packing paper on top, heard the sound of loose stuff falling. The bag of Zupreem had a slice (maybe 3 1/2” to 4” long) along the front of the packaging and had obviously been losing its contents during shipping. The small scissors I had used to open the tape on the large box were probably a good 12” from anything in the box, and besides, there was a good amount of the scrunched up brown paper padding the top. There were a few other items in the box from our order that were fine, but the fruities were piled up in the bottom of the box and fell out all over as the items were taken out. How much did the package lose? Not sure. Had to tape it up. Was it slit in the packaging process somehow? Most likely. Maybe when slicing the packing paper? Regardless, it was annoying. … more

Budgies are the most difficult to convert
By Annie217 on Jan 12, 2021
I've been feeding my birds ZuPreem ever since it first came on the market. I've been able to convert every bird to it, from Amazons to cockatiels. Recently I bought a young budgie, under 6 mths with all forehead stripes intact, and have strong doubts about whether he'll ever eat a pellet.

Works well
By Lashyboi on Oct 9, 2020
My two budgies enjoy this food blend. Obviously don't just feed your birds this, but it works as a good stable diet. I give them other foods such as seeds/wild rice/ fruits and veggies. Overall 10/10.

You can have the best of both worlds with this diet. Healthy and palatable! Been feeding these pellets to all my birds for many years.

WE WERE AMAZED, AS USUAL, THAT THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED IN 3 DAYS. WE WERE RUNNING LOW ON THIS TREAT AND DID GET THE E-MAIL SAYING IT HAD SHIPPED, AND THE NEXT DAY IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED. THERE ISN'T A PET STORE CLOSE BY AND THIS MEANT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO GO LOOKING FOR THIS PRODUCT.

My granddaughter, Debbie has four birds. Parakeet, cockatiels, & Quaker . Part of her graduation present was bird food, for her Babies! The cockatiels Have laid their first eggs. She is happy with the food. They seem to be happy, too!

I had to buy all my pets food because the order took sooo long to get to my house , I should have just cancelled it ... please don’t advertise 2 day shipping or something if you can’t do it. Even a week would have been okay for me ... but nooo
