Pellets too small
By Bluebird on Jan 16, 2021
When Zupreme first came out with this formula, my birds were in the trial. My umbrella loved it, my other two birds were ok with it ( one is very finicky ). The new size formulation they aren’t a fan. I thought that I had ordered the wrong size. I now buy it less frequently and mix with dried fruit nuts and vegetables. The finicky bird doesn’t care for it at all. One of my birds really loved Avian entrees spicy but suddenly Zupreme stopped offering it, I’m wondering if this will go the same way. Any way it’s too large for cockatiels and small for mini macaws, greys and umbrellas.

Best pellets we have found.
By KSDallas on Jan 22, 2021
We have 3 cockatoos and pellets have never been on the top of their favorites list, but they all like these. I have not found any other pellet that the birds actually eat so these get high ratings in my book. Side note - there are different sizes of these pellets so make sure you are ordering the correct size for your bird.

Great Food Idea, Even Better Customer Service
By Chico on Dec 6, 2020
Healthy and easier method to try and feed your parrot pellets. They smell very similar to nuts and peanuts which most parrots love so I have high confidence in this food at the moment. Also, my bag came ripped but Chewy worked well with me in replacing it, they really care 10/10

Changed the size
By EvyMissouri on Jan 2, 2021
I always bought this for my Harlequin Macaw and Double Yelliw Amazon. They loved this. What a waste the pellets are so tiny its for a parakeet ? I am cancelling my auto ship for this one.

Not for my parrot
By Karencatgirl on Oct 3, 2020
I thought Simon (African Grey) would like these since she loves peanuts. She will sometimes eat the fruit flavored variety, but this was a no go for her. I just recently tried to get her on pelleted food as part of her daily diet. I'll try them every now and then again to see if she will be receptive. It seems like a great product!

My bigger parrots LOVE this blend! I have bought 3 bags so far, and they always eat it.

A Hit With The Cockatoo
By Grumpywitch on Oct 19, 2020
Perfect addition to the cockatoo's normal seed/dried fruit/pellet mix. All the nutrition she needs and apparently flavorful! She's been quite happy with this!

The size change is disappointing
By Biff on Sep 7, 2020
I agree with so many about the size change! Bigger isn't always better, but in this case 'IT IS!" I can only hope you decide to bring back the large parrot size. Until then, this will not be in my bird's diet.

ZuPreem Needs To Keep Large Pellets For Large Birds!
By JosieBird on Jul 23, 2020
It's great that you have a smaller NutBlend pellet for small birds but why did you need to stop producing the large NutBlend pellet for large birds? My cockatoo is a picky eater but loved the NutBlend pellets and she has been on them for years. The smaller pellet is hard for her to hang onto. Please, bring the large pellets back. This isn't fair to all the large birds that got used to this product and loved it.

Never seen this in any stores around here
By Catlady on Jun 11, 2020
My 30 year old African Grey really likes this. The only thing I've ever seen in pet stores here has been the fruit blend, so I thought I'd try it. I already have an autoship order for canned cat food. I like to give her a safflower seed blend along with pellets. In 30 years she has never eaten a sunflower seed, and believe me, it's hard to find stores that carry no sunflower blends.
