Actually, the two lovebirds living with us are trying, sort of. Not the pellets fault though. The only thing these two persnickety feathered jewels ever ate are the basic ZuPreem pellets and the nut flavored version. So they are getting a good, balanced diet at least. But, tell me birds cannot taste food, eh? I watch them carefully nibble the veggie pellets, then abandon them to pick out the preferred nut flavors. I haven't given up offering the veggie pellets mixed in with their other pellets. Just wish they would be more inclined to try new stuff. Hey, our chicklets [bantam chickens] like the ZuPreem pellets regardless of flavor, so nothing gets wasted.....
This is great food my cockatiel loves it! The fruit flavor is also good. But the veggies is harder to find so glad I found some again at Chewy
My cockatiel loves these pellets a lot! I almost gave up on finding the best pellets for him because he doesn't like the pellets of other brands that are liked by many other cockatiels. For this one, I can even use it as a treat to train him.
My birds (a cockatiel and a lovebird) are REALLY enjoying these pellets!
My birds loved this and the fruit one as well I recommend trying it cause it helps them with getting their veggies and breeding
My bird was already eating ZuPreem fruit. He took to this one right away and seems to enjoy it. I was thinking to balance the fruit and the veggies.
Sassy loves all the flavors of Zupreem. He eats every day without making a mess. Being a rescue I really believe he is eating to his hearts content and is the happiest he has ever been. Love to see him excited for food and attention. Still bites but is learning different whistles.
My 3 cockatiels love this brand they grubbbbbb usually buy all the kinds put them in all the different bowls around the cage they have a very big cage
This is what I’ve been feeding my citron crested cockatoo for years. My only complaint is she picks out the flavors she likes, leaves, or more often, throws the rest of the floor. I wish they sold bags of individual flavors, then I could buy just what she likes & mix it myself.
i havent given them any yet but i have 2 very picky cockatiels that will only eat seeds and pellets here and there, i try to avoid colored pellets but when i’m trying to get them on α better diet i’m desperate honestly
