These pill pockets are suitable for dogs only, not cats. It is recommended to use the Greenies Pill Pockets for cats instead.
Do these contain red dye #3?

These treats do not contain red dye #3. Caramel color is used for the coloring. These treats measure about 16.76mm in diameter by 16.67mm height with a 11.48mm depth.
Should these treats be stored inna fridge once the bag is opened? They become quite greasy if the climate gets warmer.

We would not recommend freezing these treats. Freezing may affect the taste and texture. Additionally, freezing the treats would not extend the shelf-life.

Easy Meds

The Greenie pill pockets are very soft making medication disguise and administration easier. Our puppy looks forward to the added “treat”. I rated 4 stars only because of product’s excessive oiliness. Otherwise, I prefer these to other brands purchased.

Smashed pill pockets

My dog has been using Greenies for years and loves them. My review is that they were boxed with 3 cases of canned dog food and were smashed flat. That means we have to roll them and poke a hole for the pill. Not to happy

I love shopping for our dog at Chewy. There is so much to choose from and the prices are competitive. The items come the next day, that is a plus. My dog always gets a birthday card from Chewy. When our last dog passed, we even got some flowers. That is a really nice when you are grieving.

Saved the day!

I need to give my dog pain pills twice a day and I've been doing it for over a year. Without these, it is almost impossible to get him to take them. I tried cheese, peanut butter, marshmallows, cream cheese, you name it, he digs the pills out! Not with these pill pockets! He loves them!

I take care of - pet sit and walk several dogs. These are by far the universal favorite of all of them. From young and big to small and toothless - there's no other treat they like better. 5 stars and 4 paws up!

My dog takes a lot of pills. I’ve always done peanut butter but some of the pills have a very bitter coating and he can taste them and will subsequently spit the pills out. With these pill pockets being so soft and pliable, I’m able to neatly tuck them inside and he eats the whole thing without thinking twice. Pill time is no longer a drag and he seems to recognize the bag now as being time for a treat. Can’t recommend these enough!
