The Activ-Betta Bio-Activ Live water is intended to be used as the source of water for your tank. Remove any contents from your bowl and pre-wash with clean water, then rinse with the solution to remove any residual chemicals found in tap water. Fill with remaining water and change the water every 8-11 days.
