Perfect - just add a container!
These fit perfectly in a noosa yogurt cup. Sprout up like a charm and my kitties love it! Highly recommend. I pick it up and put by a window in the afternoon, they’ve had their fill by then. Then each morning put it back in the floor for them. Lasts several weeks.
kitty loves it
My cat loves this but after a couple of days i have to take it away from her because she throws it up.
This grass has lasted at least three weeks when given love, attention, sun, and water. Lasts SO much longer than those pet store pots.
Not a good purchase
My cats did not pay any attention to the grass. I ended up throwing it away because it just sat there.
Seeds not germinating in designated time frame
According to the instructions, I am finding the seeds are germinating much slower than indicated. I will continue to germinate according to other vender's instructions.
Greens---a kitty treat!
My two cats LOVE these greens. They're a special treat for my kitties!
Easy to grow
Very easy to grow and sprouts in three days. For those of you that have never used coconut fiber.. this is not dirt. It's compressed coconut fiber. It will expand to about four times it's size when you add water. Put it into a pot or whatever you want to grow it in and add water gradually. Enough water to make all of it moist but not soggy. Mix in the seeds. Keep close to the top not all the way on the bottom. Put pot in a place with natural light. As it grows Add water as needed. Little at a time. To much and you will grow mold. Someone said they covered with a plastic bag, that will most likely grow mold and since it comes up in a few days isn't necessary Once it's fully grown you can trim it back with a scissors to make it last longer. But not to short. Just like mowing the lawn. Make one at a time not all three at once. That being said not all cats like grass and not all of them like this seed. Try a different company if this seed isn't to their liking.
Our Cat Loves This Grass
We bought the original container a couple weeks ago until the grass looked pretty messed up from being chewed on every day. We bought the refill and our cat is very happy her fresh grass has returned. Highly recommend for kitties who like to eat your plants. It's a great decoy.
I’ve ordered this a few times now and always follow the instructions to a T. No matter what I seem to do, no matter how little water or how much light it ALWAYS grows mold. I’ve even been home enough to be vigilant and remove early signs of mold and I still wake up to it looking like this. Really bummed
meow meow meow
My little furbaby loves this stuff. I snip it off the plant and leave it in a dish for her. She helps herself whenever. She loves the stuff
