I recently had to turn to chewy when my local pet store no longer carried my cat‘s favorite wet food. I was happy to find had a somewhat similar and comparable price point for what I was getting at my local pet store. It was extremely disappointing though was when I opened my chewy shipment which came about a week after placing my order a large majority of the cans were dented. I am highly suspect as they can cause a potential opportunity for botulism to place in the food. As my cat is a bit older and has already been to the vet two times this year I didn’t want to any chances on introducing her to any foodborne pathogens. I unfortunately had to get rid of the dented cans. I hope chewy can fix this with their shipping and handling. Otherwise, I will need to find another source my cats, favorite food.

My cats would take a pill (cap star) to kill the fleas on them at the time, so I called my vet and asked about a pill for the month like I give my dog. They said they did not have one. My daughter found the pill I needed on your website. We visited our vet and asked about the pill. They said yes we can get that prescription for you to send to Chewy. Thank goodness! All is well now. Both cats took the pill without any problems. Best purchase ever.
Customer service is weak, and the order is still missing.

Then we got an email stating the order couldn’t be delivered because nobody was home, even though we were. This same scenario played out for the entire week, so we called Chewy and spoke to a fairly pointless customer service rep that couldn’t do much other than tell us to wait another day to see if the delivery would arrive, and it didn’t. We received a credit that we didn’t request but still no order. That was almost 2 weeks ago and we’re still awaiting the order. I know Chewy is a great company, but they depend completely on the delivery through other companies, therefore when issues arise with third party shippers, they need to make their customers whole by immediately shipping a new order, then take up the matter with their shipper of choice. It’s not my job to go through hoops to get a simple order of cat food.

There is nothing negative I would say about Chewy . I have been using them for around four years. My future as a pet owner will be with Chewy. It met all my needs

I rescued a Geriatric cat with weakness in his hind quarters that has been getting progressively worse . I have struggled now for 4 years to keep up with his disability. His poop elimination has become more difficult. The last few litter boxes worked until he got weaker. They became either too hard for him to get out of or just too small. I kept trying to figure out how I could get him to stop walking out if the box while still trying to let go of his poop. He could not complete the task without dragging his but on the litter mat and floor. This large wide litter box with nicely rounded edges allows him both more room to maneuver as well as to let go of the poop by rubbing his but on the smooth rounded exit area.

Pretty much every order out of MT. Joilett, TN takes 4 - 5 days. I live 14 hrs away from TN. I have complained months over and over again and not 1 thing changes

My dogs are rescued from starvation and Chewy makes sure they go without food so they get traumatized over and over again. On a strict diet can make anything from.home or buy anywhere else. But who cares right!! I am done with Chewy are close to 12 yrs. Promised a refund that never came. I have friends that stopped using Chewy, I need to follow their example!! I hate Chewy for what gets continuously done to my furbabies!

However I couldn't tell from the pictures but when assembled I realized each platform sits almost directly on top of the other leaving maybe 4-5 inches of space. The tiers are also so tall that given the exceedingly small area available to land on my cat has opted for diving. I consider this product unsafe for adult\large cats and will likely be trying to resell the one I have.

It was so generous. We’re so grateful. It helps so much. It takes a lot to take care of all these guys especially these days but we love them! But this is such a great bonus!
