I use the Comfort Zone multi- cat diffuser for calming & tension. Will this do the same?

This product was designed to create a calming environment to reduce destructive behavior associated with stress. The Comfort Zone with Feliway Multicat Diffuser Refill was designed to decrease the frequency and intensity of tension between cats in multi-cat homes.
What is the difference between the marking/scratching and tension/conflict products? My vet recommended Feliway for my cat's cystitis, but she didn't say which one.

The MultiCat uses a mother cat's nursing pheromones. For a single cat household, it produces a cat's calming pheromone that signals that the area is safe.
