Why are Comfort Zone refills have the cost of Feliway refills? Do both last as long

The diffuser refills are compatible only with the Comfort Zone with Feliway Cat Diffuser and can be used with a Feliway diffuser.
What is actually different between the two Feliway diffusers (multi-cat and other)?

Feliway and Feliway Multicat release synthetic copies of different pheromones. The pheromone released by Feliway is the synthetic copy of the facial pheromone that cats leave naturally when they're calm and comfortable, while the pheromone released by Feliway MultiCat is the synthetic copy of the natural comforting pheromone released from the mother cat's mammary area during the nursing period. The latter is said to reduce aggression and tension in multi-cat homes. Starting the multi-cat before your kitten arrives won't have a negative effect on your cat, but it may help to immediately introduce your kitten to a home already producing that particular synthetic pheromone.
