Can this be used on hardwood floors?

Eco-88 Pet Stain & Odor Remover is safe to use on hard wood and laminate floors. Wipe up excess: Spray affected area, let stand for 10 minutes then wipe area until dry.
Can this be used on metal? Cat sprayed on hot water heat register - thought white vinegar and another product had resolved until we turned on heat and went away on vacation. We came home to the smell of cat urine (cats were not at home while we were away).

If a dog/cat walks on the carpet while its still wet can it harm them?

This product contains zero fragrances, bleach, or enzymes therefore it is safe to use around children, pets and plants.
Can this be added in carpet cleaner solution?

It's recommended for stains to bolt up excess moisture with a paper towel or cloth. Spray Eco-88 until stained area is saturated. Let stand for 5 minutes. After stain is removed, wipe area with a damp cloth. We suggest not combining carpet cleaner solution with this product.
