How long does the spray last in the carrier? We are moving 500 (about 9 hour trip) miles away and my older cats do NOT handle travel well at all.

During car journeys, this spray can be re-applied every 4-5 hours in the environment. Be sure when you re-spray to wait 15 minutes before exposing the cat to the area.

Is this safe for all cats ?
