How do you measure a cat for the Frisco Wrap Cat Harness?

To get the most accurate size neck measurement for your pet, measure the cat's neck with a cloth tape measure. Pull the cloth tape snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterward. Follow the same steps for chest girth. Make sure there's enough room for about two fingers between the harness and your pet's neck and chest for comfort.
Is the Velcro easy for the cat to break out of?

This wrap-style harness is difficult for cats to slip out of on their own. We recommend measuring your cat and comparing the measurements to the sizing chart, to get the best fitted harness.
How long is the leash that comes with harness? Does it have an easy hook?
