Love it! Awesome!
By Kimberly on Dec 26, 2020
This thing is so cool!! I have 2 cats and one of them is super playful and the other not as much so I was worried my one cat wouldn't care for it so much but boy was I wrong! They both love it and play and lay on it al the time! I'm so glad I made this purchase! Other reviews were saying it was hard to assemble but as long as you follow directions you will be fine as 2 of the poles are about 1/2" longer so just don't get those 2 pieces confused! Also I have a scratching pad that my kitties refuse to use and love to scratch my couch and they have not scratched my couch once since getting this cat tower! I also love that the top piece is an option as my ceiling isnt that high!

Adjusting the top post
By Meagan on Dec 10, 2020
My cat LOVES this! It was a gift and exactly what I needed for her to have a kitty super highway in my livingroom. It is a little wobbly (I don’t have it attached to the ceiling) so recommend anchoring it to the wall with a tip bracket or something like that. It did take me a while to put it together my self, not all the parts are labeled and the instructions are just a few pictures. I also took the top 2 ladders off, my cat was struggling to be able to jump up on the houses and platforms with the ladders there. The little hammock/pod things are pretty small, my cat is 7 lbs and fills them out pretty well. You also can’t omit them or the top won’t be level. Took me a while to figure out how to adjust the top post that can go against the ceiling since it wasn’t in the directions - you have to pull the fabric sock off, twist the wing nut, and screw the rod in or out, then pull the sock back down over the rope post. The sock is not glued or anything, just a tight fit. … more

Waste of money
By Matt on Jan 3, 2021
Honestly I had high hopes for this as the first three trees I ordered were back ordered after already paying for them and dealing with Chewy’s run around excuses. I should’ve taken it as a sign but this isn’t a very functional tree/condo. If they made a base sightly wider and spaced things out then a majority of us wouldn’t have to take the “stairs/ladder” off just for our cats to have somewhere to jump up. Getting down is even worse for the cats having to make a high jump. I purchased one as a gift and one for my cats what a waste of money. The gifted couple have two cats whom want nothing to do with it and stick to their older ones and my two cats don’t care for it at all. Cats love it
By Sammythesavannah on Dec 28, 2020
My cats love it. It wasn’t too bad to put together if you read the directions. The ladders were not necessary and would have saved time if I didn’t put them together. My cats are too big and the ladders took up space and unless you have a kitten or really small cat they are not needed. The ropes are very durable and far superior than hanging items from other car condos. I would recommend this product and so would my cats.

Dreadful Product. Very Unstable.
By Abby on Dec 20, 2020
This cat tree is horribly unbalanced. My cat doesn’t even want to go on it because it wobbles as soon as he steps on it. He is a small cat too so it’s not like it’s his weight. I would also add I am quite handy and I have built all my furniture in my house. I know I built this thing correctly, but it is not a good product. It is dreadfully unstable. The instructions are horrible it took me 2 hours to build it alone. I would not recommend this product to anyone, or this brand for that matter. I would like a refund for this inconvenience.

Tree Top installation
By Kate on Jan 3, 2021
Was an extensive set up. Everything went well until I went to install the top ceiling feature. It should be on a spring like “EVERY OTHER” cat tree. Tension Rod like would have been awesome. Can’t make it work. I will be anchoring it to the wall instead. You should reconsider a spring rod for the top! My cat LOVES IT, I’m Worried it’s gonna fall over until we secure the top.

Dissatisfied
By Leah on Dec 3, 2020
The build was simple except for 2 pieces that are different size and hardly noticeable unless you put it all together and its slightly off. Had to take the whole thing apart and practically guess. My cats can barely get down from this tree also. As other have mentioned, they have to make a 5-6ft jump, which seems rather uncomfortable for them. Its wobbly and not very sturdy as it has such a small base for a tall item. The stairs are almost obsolete and just in the way, they crowd the whole base on each level. My cats are not loving it.

kitty loves it!! I’m a happy mom!
By sam11 on Dec 2, 2020
I got this for my kitty since he’s so energetic and playful. And he keeps climbing my Christmas tree lol since I have gotten this it’s been less of that. But he loves it! It keep him entertained and he love being high up one of the reasons why I also purchased. He is a climber! Only con about this product is putting it together. It was not fun! Overall perfect for my kitty!

8 1/2 feet of holy fun
By LalaKay on Dec 25, 2020
I got this on sale; I wouldn't have purchased it at the regular price. SO GLAD IT WAS ON SALE! My kitties love it, and it's nice looking too. It's not very sturdy with a couple of 8 pounders, so I had to secure the tippy top to the wall with a strap and nail... and it's good to go!

Great cat tree
By Shan on Jan 3, 2021
My cats LOVE this cat tree. I have 6 cats and they all have a spot on this one. It goes almost up to my ceiling. If you don’t have a tall room for this you could omit the top piece, but my cats love it.
