The top perch measures 12" W x 12" L. The lower perch has a diameter of 12". The big kitty condo measures 11" H x 18" W x 10.5" L. The small kitty condo measures 9.75" H x 10.5" W x 10.5" L.

The height from the ground to the first level is approximately 17 inches. The height from the first to the second level is approximately 17 inches. The height from the second level to the third is approximately 15 inches.

Perfect size for our cat

The houses looked a little small but our rescue we took in love the smaller of the houses on this. She can squeeze her body in it and will lay for hours. Looks good

Could use improvement

You get what you pay for. For the price it's okay but it is very wobbly and the carpet is already coming off the scratching posts.

You get what you pay for with the shedding and leaning. The main issue is that the top box/house doesn’t connect to the remainder of the tree properly so either

Cheaply made. The material is super thin and "shedding". Unstable base because it is thin pressboard and not wood. The platforms are super thin pressboard that we are waiting to see how long they hold up before the crack in half. Do NOT waste your money! Disappointed that Chewy would sell an item so poorly made.

Favorite perch in the house!

The cats took to the new cat tree as soon as I had it up! It was very easy to put together. Both cats enjoy the top level, perfect window height, and Sylvester also

Both cats enjoy the top level, perfect window height, and Sylvester also enjoys hiding in the little houses. My cats are of average size. My friend who has big boys did think the tree platforms would be two small for her fur babies.
