This product works well, but only one of my dogs reacts well to it, the other ignores it. It was easy to charge up. However the collar part is awkward to put onto the reciever.and the instructions are hard to read. Also I couldn't find the number of stated volume levels of the sound part of the device. The wrist strap is a nice idea, but others that I have used that were like this one break easily. They are just not very strong. It's also hard to put it into the tiny holes intended for it. I didn't test the shock part of this device, as my dogs turn to doggy puddles with such things. The vibrate and sounds are enough to distract them from the unwanted behaviors.

It WORKED for my dog at the lowest vibrate level. Pretty amazing! Unfortunately it stopped working a couple of weeks in and I have to send for a replacement.

Chewy was prompt in sending a return label for refund. It does not come with the 5V plug to charge it so that was a delay while I found one of those. Instructions are long and in small print, but the device worked at an excellent level without causing my dog any discomfort. I am ordering another right now. My dog is a 20 pound dachshund mix. He has become partially trained to stop barking with a simple "shhh" while using this devise.

The ultrasonic bark deterrent is effective without being harsh, and I really appreciate that there are multiple settings so I can adjust it to what works best for my dog. It helped reduce excessive barking fairly quickly and made training more consistent. The collar is comfortable, easy to fit, and seems durable enough for daily use. The remote is simple to operate and intuitive, even for someone new to training collars. Battery life has also been solid so far.

Training collar
This training collar does not appear to be a suitable device for my dog. I have tried several times over a period of a week to introduce this product to my dog

As soon as I turned the receiver on and it beeped loudly she got extremely frightened and ran away. Not a good fit for my dog. The product appears to be very well made, but not for my dog.
Works well
I did not have to use the shock part of the collar at all. As my dog responded well to the warning sound. I did how ever use the ultra sonic and I did test the shock

Great product, better if stronger material.
This collar works well to help with training. This tool should not be used as punishment but rather correction. My only complaint is I wish the band was a bit stronger

This was a recommended product by a Chewy custumer service rep due to other collars not working on my large breed puppy. This has several options using sound, vibration then shock if nothing else works during training. My dog is very responsive to the sound and vibration. I'm very happy with this product.
