Thank you for excellent customer service. Had an issue with FedEx delivered a damaged box and a split open bag of chicken scratch that was missing half of the bag (out the open hole in box). Customer service promptly replaced the bag of a feed as well as the ear drops that were missing from the box. Thank you Chewy
