Decent product with no warranty
I bought this July 2nd and so far only used it once. I haven't had any issues with it, it seems to work fine so far and is much easier then a hand held dryer when
I bought this July 2nd and so far only used it once. I haven't had any issues with it, it seems to work fine so far and is much easier then a hand held dryer when it comes to cats. Considering how expensive it is I'm hoping it holds up well. The problem I have doesn't have to do with the product, but the company that makes it. It says it comes with a one year warranty, a card comes in the box that says to register it within 7 days to extend that warranty another 3 months. On July 3rd I went to register it. The QR code takes you to facebook messenger and when I googled it, there doesn't seem to be any other way to register it but by fb messenger. Ok. Not everyone uses or likes Facebook but I have it and I'll deal with it. I write to them, and a few hours later it shows they've seen my message. I never heard back. I emailed them yesterday July 23rd and they wrote me back this morning. They said they can't find my original fb message on their end and to screenshot them my message. They also said that since I bought it at Chewy that I would have to go thru Chewy if something happened, since only Chewy knows if I actually bought it. I'm not going to respond to them at this point since it won't do me any good but I am writing this review for anyone who might be on the fence: if a warranty matters to you, I would pass on this. I won't be buying anything else from home run pets if they won't stand behind their own product and the warranty they offer and have in the box. $400 is not a cheap chunk of change for most people. Will Chewy help me if something goes wrong? Probably. But I hope I don't have to find out. But if you don't care about the warranty this does seem to be a decent product. My cats don't love it but I didn't expect them to, I was just hoping they'd tolerate it better than the hand held dryer and they have. You can change the various settings even as it's running. I don't leave my cats in it until they're fully dry but at 90F for ten to fifteen minutes it does a good job of drying their belly and sides so that they can air dry the rest of the way.

Surprisingly Great!
I was a little nervous at first, but the product came assembled, it was easy to set up, low noise levels, & my cats warmed up to it quick. I removed the petting

Dual purpose

Dryer
I am not a groomer just a dog owner let me say that right off. But with the cold weather hate to have wet dogs and they do not like the blow dryer. My Yorkie did
